Policies

Each apartment requires a deposit and $250 non-refundable fee for administrative costs and carpet cleaning.
Water, Sewer, Garbage included with Rent. Tenant is only responsible for Electricity.
No Pets. No Exceptions, unless verified service animal for Tenant.
Two valid Police disturbance calls to Tenant dwelling will result in Eviction. Continual Disturbance of the community will NOT be tolerated.
One assigned parking Spot comes with each unit. Open parking for all other vehicles. We ask each Tenant to limit themselves to 2-vehicles per unit.
