Policies

Each apartment requires a deposit and $250.00 non-refundable fee for administrative costs and carpet cleaning.

Water, Sewer, Garbage included with Rent. Tenant is only responsible for Electricity.

No Pets. No Exceptions, unless verified service animal for Tenant.

Two valid Police disturbance calls to Tenant dwelling will result in Eviction. Continual Disturbance of the community will NOT be tolerated.

Parking spaces are assigned.

A six or twelve month lease is required. After six or twelve months, the lease will be month-to-month. Moving out prior to six months tenancy will result in a loss of your deposit.
